Peter Cox Secures Which? Trusted Trader Accreditation

Peter Cox Ltd, the UK market leaders in property care has become the first, and currently the only, national preservation company to receive Which? Trusted trader accreditation, an endorsement scheme that helps consumers find reputable traders. Managing Director Keith Gilby said:  “The assessment process for this sought after recognition has been the most stringent we have come across and so we are particularly pleased to be able to add the Which? Trusted trader standard to our many other professional accreditations.”

Peter Cox Ltd offers a national service across twelve regional centres and employs over 250 staff, including professional property preservation surveyors and highly skilled technicians.  It provides damp proofing, waterproofing, timber preservation, wall stabilisation, energy-saving and other specialist property treatments to both residential and commercial clients and has had to demonstrate its delivery of exceptional customer service and high quality of work in order to be awarded this accolade.

A Which? Trusted trader Assessor examined Peter Cox Ltd business procedures across the board including fair advertising, professional conduct, paperwork and administration, guarantees and warranties, workmanship and materials, customer complaint procedures and after care.  It was only after undergoing stringent tests and checks on their processes and customer satisfaction levels the Which? Trusted trader status was awarded.

Keith adds: “The Which? brand is synonymous with quality and fairness and so using a Which? Trusted trader provides consumers with peace of mind. The standard covers every aspect of the trader-customer relationship and we will continue to ensure we uphold our quality and standards in order to maintain our Which? Trusted trader status.”
