Propertychecklists.co.uk is a new property advice website which is being launched to help consumers carry out property projects successfully. The site has been created by Kate Faulkner, MD of Designs on Property and one of the UK's top consumer property experts.

Kate says, "Many of the problems consumers have when employing a builder, renting a home or buying a property are due to a lack of knowledge, the poor reputation of property companies and the bad service some property companies give."

To carry out a property project successfully, people need to follow key steps, including research and planning, and know how to find reputable national and local companies. Propertychecklists.co.uk provides them with this information, completely free of charge.

Consumers sign up online, choose a free property magazine to be sent to their home and secure instant access to hundreds of checklists, each of which gives them a list of 10-20 essential to do's.

Propertychecklists.co.uk is the first initiative in the UK to recognise the hard work and passion of award-winning property companies, trade associations and organisations, and promote their expertise directly to consumers.
